🌱 1. Quality Philosophy
Kalyseeds is a specialized breeding project with careful selection and limited production.
Each order is individually inspected.
Seeds are manually selected and verified prior to shipment.
Certain hybrid lines undergo germination testing twice per year.
Packaging occurs only after final quality verification.
Seeds are a natural product.
Germination rate, vigor, and phenotypic characteristics may vary due to genetic diversity and environmental factors.
Seeds have a limited shelf life. Proper storage (cool, dry, stable temperature) is essential to maintain quality.
📦 2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Correos (Spain) using tracked mail.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
All shipments are discrete and secure.
🌍 3. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, subject to postal and regulatory restrictions.
Important Note for Certain Regions:
Due to postal service regulations, shipments to some countries (including the USA and a few other restricted regions) are temporarily unavailable.
If your country is restricted, you will be notified during checkout.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations.
⏳ 4. Processing & Delivery Time
Processing time after payment confirmation: 4–7 business days.
Due to manual selection and quality verification, limited or rare lines may require additional preparation time.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 7–14 business days
International (outside EU): 10–21 business days, depending on customs and postal services
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs, regulatory inspections, or postal services are beyond our control.
In extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to temporarily delay shipment to ensure seed viability.
🌡️ 5. Risk & Responsibility
For EU customers, risk transfers upon physical delivery.
For non-EU customers, risk transfers once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Kalyseeds is not liable for:
Customs delays or inspections
Postal delays outside our control
Temperature fluctuations during transit
Improper storage after delivery
Seizure or confiscation due to local law
🔍 6. Claims & Voucher Policy
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.
Required information:
Detailed description of the issue
Photo of the original packaging
Storage conditions
As seeds may be affected by external factors such as temperature or humidity after shipment, and returns cannot reliably verify quality, returns are not required.
For justified claims, a store voucher will be issued.
Cash refunds are not provided.
This policy operates within the framework of statutory warranty rights.

All seeds are sold for collection, preservation, or research purposes only.
The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

The wording is intentionally discreet: we do not name all restricted countries publicly, only notify customers during checkout.
This avoids unwanted attention while remaining compliant with postal and customs restrictions.
