🌱 PRODUCT INFORMATION (SEEDS)
All products are sold strictly as collectible, preservation, or research items.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their country.
Seeds are a natural product.
Germination rates, vigor, and phenotypic characteristics may vary due to genetic diversity and environmental factors.
🧬 QUALITY CONTROL & STORAGE
Each order is individually inspected.
Seeds are manually selected and checked prior to shipment.
Certain hybrid lines undergo germination testing twice per year.
Packaging is completed only after final quality verification.
Due to this manual and quality-focused process, preparation times may vary.
Seeds have a limited storage life.
Once delivered, proper storage (cool, dry, stable temperature conditions) is the responsibility of the customer.
Extreme temperature fluctuations, excessive heat, or freezing may irreversibly affect seed viability.
No liability is accepted for damage resulting from improper storage after shipment.
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time begins after payment confirmation and completion of the individual quality control process.
Standard preparation time: 7–21 business days.
In exceptional cases (manual selection, limited editions), up to 30 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and international transit conditions.
International customers are responsible for customs regulations, import restrictions, and any applicable duties or taxes in their country.
Kalyseeds is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or postal services outside its control.
🔁 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers within the European Union have the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or quality control reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.
Opened or unsealed seed packaging is excluded from return.
For customers outside the EU, local consumer protection laws may differ and apply accordingly.
🔍 CLAIMS & VOUCHER POLICY
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.
The following documentation is required:
Detailed description of the issue
Photo of the original packaging
Information regarding storage conditions
As seeds may be affected by external factors such as temperature or humidity after shipment, and as returned seeds cannot be reliably re-evaluated for original quality, no return of goods is required.
In the case of a justified claim, a store voucher will be issued.
Cash refunds are not provided.
This policy operates within the framework of applicable statutory warranty rights.
⚖️ LIABILITY
Kalyseeds shall not be held liable for:
Improper storage after delivery
Temperature-related damage during transit beyond its control
Incorrect handling by the customer
Violations of local laws in the destination country
